Recommendation of the movie, End of the Spear, which should be released late January '06. The theatrical motion picture End of the Spear is from the true story of the Waodani tribe in the Ecuadorian Amazon who killed five missionaries in 1956 - 50 years ago today. Micaye was one of the Waodani warriors who speared the men, including Steve Saint's father Nate. Before Nate Saint makes his last flight to the Waodani his son Steve asks him, "If the Waodani attack, will you defend yourself? Will you use your guns?
